“The plan was available on line quickly but I was expecting a hard copy and it was only after I had paid that I realised that I was not going to get one. The last time I order a map I got a hard copy and i feel for the price you are charging you should supply one or at least make it more open before payment that it is a online service only!”

Thanks for the response Susan. We only offer digital plans as only a tiny amount of people require it now and normally they have a printer. In terms of pricing, we are lower in price than the vast majority of other suppliers. Hope this helps.

“Your website is quite glitchy, particularly if you are trying to order more than one plan and see previews of them. I had to contact your team via chat to reset my account and talk me through a couple of things. They were very helpful though!”

Sorry to hear that. You can order as many plans as you like and click on the little magnifying glass in the basket to review any of them. Perhaps you missed it. Hope this helps.
