“The plan was available on line quickly but I was expecting a hard copy and it was only after I had paid that I realised that I was not going to get one. The last time I order a map I got a hard copy and i feel for the price you are charging you should supply one or at least make it more open before payment that it is a online service only!”

Thanks for the response Susan. We only offer digital plans as only a tiny amount of people require it now and normally they have a printer. In terms of pricing, we are lower in price than the vast majority of other suppliers. Hope this helps.
