It's a very competent service and for technical people, I'm sure, would be very easy indeed to use. However, It would be much appreciated by your older (and very 90 yr old customers) if it could be possible to make the marking of coloured lines on the chosen plan a bit easier. I'm afraid I got mine in quite a state, but one needed an 'erase and start again' button, and a very steady mouse-hand, to do the job properly. However, a good system, and thankyou.
