“Took several attempts to get the order dome. It then didn't come so had to find number with extreme difficulty as it isn't on the contacts list (phoned the OS and got it from them and complained to them). After speaking to you on phone the map turned up. Half a day wasted. It could be my general incompetence at ordering on line but I don't think that was the cause. When I did get the map there isn't a cross referencing scale bar to check the exact scale e.g to check the 1 to 1250 specified by councils. The writing on the sheet stating 'buy a plan' was annoying. People who know what they are doing could remove it but others perhaps not. Thank you. Julian Clokie phone number 07872 306938”

“Easy painless process which we have used several times before for putting together Site Location Plans! One request - would be possible to add a further colour to the 'Palette' for drawing an outline as the Environment Agency unlike the planners require the outline of a site location plan to be in green!”

“1) Simple to use; 2) when using the red line option to outline the property it put the boundary on the inside elevation of the building which sits on the boundary, rather than on its outside, necessitating a manual adjustment on a hardcopy which then had to be re-scanned for submission with the planning application; 3) at £13 it's quite pricey for what you get, when you consider you can buy an OS map for £9.”

“Very easy to locate the area, but the plans are aimed towards developers etc. with a specific address as the lable With a little patience I was able to enter the details for a road junction, which is what I was after—or more accurately the pavement area by a road junction. The plan was then downloadable with ease. It would help if a similar option were to be more obviously available.”

“Service near instant for the pdf I wanted. There was a big price jump between the 1:1500 to the 1:2500 maps which was disappointing, but guess this is because of what you are charged by OS. Needed this map for our Detailed plans to go to the local water authority to get approval for building over a small section of public sewer on our property. Anglian Water demand that the location plan has the plot outlined in green. Your site only offered the option of blue or red, which was disappointing, as adding the lines by hand after printing is not so professional. Is there any reason the third colour can't be added as an option?”
