“The site is very straightforward to use. As a minor issue, drawing site boundaries can be a bit tricky for smaller areas when using the 'pen' option.”

“I ordered a plan at 1:500 and 1:1250 for planning application. Be very careful to ensure you don't end up with a cropped image for the large scale plan as I did. You have to scale the viewed location to include more detail. Do not just go for what is shown in default. It is not obvious and not clear how much of the detail you will be given at A4. I won't use this site again as I wasted my money and sadly got something I cannot submit to the local authority planners.”

Dear Julie sorry to hear your thoughts. We'd be very interested to know where you can find other suppliers for 1/3 the price for similar scale plans as we constantly monitor them. An you let us know? Much appreciated.

“Good service, plans were still 5 years out of date however this is down to the map provider updating records not Buy A Plan.”

Thanks for the response. No mapping is 100% accurate and that kind of difference is within Ordnance Survey targets. It would be perfectly acceptable for planning purposes. Hope this helps.
