“The representation of my property, and that of my neighbour, is completely out of date (by at least thirty years!) I have had to submit the plans to my council, and they are very inaccurate. I would like my money back as it simply isn't what I paid for, I might as well have drawn things by hand! Waste of money”

“The location plan and drawing tools are adequate. However, the block plan does not have the tools required to prepare a block plan as required by our planning authority; while I will submit it, I expect it will be rejected because it does not show the information which they require, and the tools on the website do not enable me to add them. I feel the block plan I have paid for will be a complete waste of money.”

Dear customer Thanks for the feedback but we haven't recieved any communication from you. There is no reason why the plan should be rejected as they meet all planning department requirements unless you didn't add the lines for your property correctly. Can you let us know what the issue was as we can only help if you contact us. Much appreciated.

“Never been disapointed yet. I lost all my invoices when changing my PC and Buy a Plan sent me through all that I requested . So aafter service is brilliant along with the intial service. I wont use anybody else they get a 9.9 out of ten”

“I feel you would get a lot more business if you lowered your prices. It was only out of a speedy result that I used your service. There were other sources / avenues I could've taken . Sorry to hear that. The drawings are provided by the Ordnance Survey who supply all of the mapping providers so unfortunately you'll be faced with the same issue, so I suggest contacting them directly to request an updated survey. In terms of 'being robbed' can you elaborate?

Dear Customer Thanks for the feedback. There is a manual drawing option bottom right on the viewer for this requirement. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the feedback. The mapping is provided by the Ordnance Survey so I'm afraid you'll need to inform them to resurvey your area. Unfortunately all mapping providers use the same source so you'll have the same issue. It may be worth informing the planning department of this issue. Hope this helps.
