“Easy to use would use again if need in the future”

“The plan provided was well out of date and did not meet my requirements. There are buildings on the site that have existed for many years and they do not appear on the plan.”

Thanks for the feedback. The mapping is provided by the Ordnance Survey so I'm afraid you'll need to inform them to resurvey your area. Unfortunately all mapping providers use the same source so you'll have the same issue. It may be worth informing the planning department of this issue. Hope this helps.

Dear customer Sorry to hear that. The mapping is provided by the Ordnance Survey so it sounds like they haven't included recent updates from your property. Unfortunately all mapping providers use the same source so you may need to contact the OS to get them to resurvey. Hope that helps.

“The site was easy to find and use. When I had problems there was a messaging service which gave rapid answers to the queries I had. I got plans of what was needed very quickly. Excellent”

“Easy to do. However just a little disappointed that landscape/portrait view could not be chosen as an option, as then the map I required would have fitted onto A4 at 1:200 instead of 1:500 which I then had to choose, as I do not have facility to print A3”

“Confusion overy site plan and block plan . Site plans normally 1:200 block 1:500. And then not entirely clear on which plans are being purchased. But I got there.”

“Buying the plans was simple enough, although I consider the product overpriced because of the very limited competition. Although guaranteed to be up to date, in fact the configuration of buildings shown was more than 20 years out of date.”
