“Box was open when items arrived so had to go through everything to ensure nothing was missing. Also ordered lots of small bits so everything was just everywhere. Would have been good to have things banded together or in little packages”

“Speedy dispatch and delivery, good value for money. However, when opened, the box was damaged. I contacted the seller, who was quick to respond, but the suggested solution was not practical as these were bought for a charity event and would have been an additional cost. The response from PartyPerfecto was: I am sorry to hear this, unfortunately the box is used to protect during transit. Providing the items inside are in good condition we can't issue a replacement or partial refund. If you would like the whole order can be returned for a full refund instead?”

“Ordered and selected multiple items and express delivery (2-3 days) for a party, still not here after 8 days. Had to drive over an hour to get from a local supplier - And they didn't have all the items, which is why I prepared and bought online in advance. UPDATED FROM 1 STAR TO 3 Items never made it on time, may not have been sellers fault refund process was faultless and professional Based on this experience I cannot recommend this retailer at all”

“The items were great exactly what I ordered and delivery was fast but as I opened the box they were all just threw in messy and mixed up. Also as you can see from the photo the packaging on the mini colouring book and pencils have rips in the side and the corners are bent. So not great to be honest as this order is for my sons birthday party.”

“The fan sheds feathers very quickly, it will not last long. The headpieces are good for what we need. The bowties are all great, apart from one which has enough elastic to go around a child’s wrist! Other than that, fast delivery and good prices.”
