Speedy dispatch and delivery, good value for money. However, when opened, the box was damaged. I contacted the seller, who was quick to respond, but the suggested solution was not practical as these were bought for a charity event and would have been an additional cost. The response from PartyPerfecto was: I am sorry to hear this, unfortunately the box is used to protect during transit. Providing the items inside are in good condition we can't issue a replacement or partial refund. If you would like the whole order can be returned for a full refund instead?
