“One of my items arrived in a battered box that was ripped. Condition not really acceptable for a brand new item. This was not due to the way it was delivered as the bits that were ripped off were not in the packaging. This was for a friend’s hen do. Other item arrived in good condition.”

“The item itself was perfect. The packaging it came in was terrible. Causing damage to the hat. If it wasn't for a small child (who is going to bend /bite ect...) I would of wanted a refund. Maybe package more saftey”

“Would have been excellent however you missed 1 item of my order & when I contacted you said would forward missing item to me. As I still hadn’t received within a few day’s I contacted you again to check if item had been posted & you said yes - but I still haven’t received 😟”

“Very mixed about these guys. The products were very cheap - much cheaper than anywhere else I'd seen them - and still good quality, but the postage fees were massive. I opted for next day delivery, and everything arrived on time, but part of my product was missing which was pretty annoying. When I emailed the team about it, they gave me a refund for the delivery I payed - which was amazing - but no refund for the missing product, and they didn't send out a replacement either.”

“The balls come individually and not in a bag like the photo shows. This was frustrating as I was going to wrap the bag up. But the balls are okay nice variation of colours.”

“Lovely stuff, good prices but as an Irish customer paying alot for postage very little care taken. Last 2 orders were in bag envelopes and fragile stuff inside and little box dosen't cost alot very disappointed again”
