“Good delivery arrived on time! Disappointed in the build your own dino as some of them didn't fit together properly and some hadn't got the right body parts. The ones that did looked good though. It does mean I will need to check each one first before giving them to the kids :0(”

“I ordered a couple of life-size face masks to be used on a poster. Unfortunately, because they were poorly packed with no 'please do not bend' sticker on the outside, the postman had to bend the package which slightly creased the face masks while posting it through the letterbox. Would have thought Partyperfecto would have realised this potential problem & taken steps to reduce the likelihood of this occurring.”

“The item I ordered was a really good price, unfortunately it did not turn up for a number of days despite me paying for £7.99 next day/express delivery, and therefore did not arrive in time for my party. I also got emails telling me it was arriving when it didn't, stopping me from looking for a replacement, which I would have done had it been communicated to me that the item was delayed. I have not given PartyPerfecto a completely terrible rating though as they dealt with my complaint, refunding me in full. I did have to chase the refund though :/ .... Would I order from them again?? May be if the item and price was right and I wasn't in a hurry.”

“Great website although it would be amazing to have a plastic free section. Or at least some effort made to be environmentally conscious. Maybe reduce the plastic items and start to focus on more sustainable items…now that would be a huge attraction!!”

“Placing order was fine, pricing is good. However, order was not dispatched in the time frame indicated. A little slow responding to email enquiry, no contact phone number. Eventually email query was answered and apologised, order then dispatched immediately for tracked delivery. Turned around in the end but could have been avoided.”

“My first order with party perfecto was good because it well packaged in a box; however my second order with similar items was not so good as it came in a plastic bag and many items in my bag were bent and slightly damaged. Please use boxes as they can clearly stand the delivery bumps much better. Thanks”

“Delivery was fast, lunchboxes were of a very good quality but piñata was poor. It did not break when strings were pulled by children. Had to rip it to empty contents which kind of ruined the fun! It was cheap though so didn’t expect too much!”

“Some items were not as described, the sizing was incorrect; the packaging was poor and many loose items arrived damaged by other items that had opened in the box - which was not packed with any support around the loose items. If the items had arrived in their original condition and apart from the connect 4 pieces that were significantly smaller than advertised, I would have been very pleased with the items, however, the above disappointments only made this an acceptable order. After sales was poor. I had one email addressing the issue then all correspondence ceased.”
