“The goods provided were exactly what I ordered. The delivery was in the hands of Royal Mail and subject to current strike action, but the goods arrived just in time for the Golf Turkey Trot event. The request for feedback was slightly premature, but caused by the delays on the postage. Seems to be a good reliable supplier.”

“Made the order on the 28/11/22 until now didn’t get the delivery which supposed to be in 3-5 business days, can’t track the parcel or to contact the customer service, email sent with no response. Bad experience.”

“Was supposed to arrive on Saturday ready for our party on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I have not received the item, which makes the purchase a complete waste. I understand there are strikes at the moment, but at the point of purchase it was very clear arrival would be on Saturday which it shouldn't promise if it can't keep this.”
