“First order was great and the value for money on items is fantastic. Sadly second order still hasn’t arrived one week later despite paying for next day delivery but this is Royal mails fault.”

“Majority of products were good but x2 of the inflatables had holes in And would not inflate. Packaging was a bit disappointing as everything was just thrown in together.”

“I normally order party items from another website, but came across this site and thought I'd try them out. Unfortunately, the delivery was late, took over a week to be delivered from when I ordered, and the person I was speaking with over email wasn't hugely concerned or sympathetic, knowing the items were for my son's 5th birthday, and simply said if I don't need them anymore refuse the delivery for a refund. No apology or anything. I won't be ordering again. A shame, as the balloons were decent quality.”
