“I ordered and payed for 12 mini diabolos but I received only 7. I bought them for the party bags for my daughter's birthday party and I had to explain to 5 children that they don't have a surprise in their party bag. Luckily, I found mini diabolos on Amazon and I was able to give them to the kids today. This is unacceptable. 4 days ago, I sent an email to Party Perfecto but I haven't received an answer yet. I'm very unhappy with this purchase and the customer service. I hope that I'll receive a refund and an explanation how this could happen.”
