“Great customer service from start to finish. I messed up my order and with one email they adjusted it. Delivery was prompt and communication was friendly and professional. As for the products, AMAZING prices and good quality. I have booked marked these guys for future use and would highly recommend.”

“Products were OK, but paid extra for priority delivery and they arrived 1 day too late. Courier might have been to blame (I honestly don't know), but communication was poor from Party Perfecto and I couldn't find a phone number anywhere to find out what was going on - I was at the mercy of waiting for their (very, very slow) email responses.”

“Very disappointed in the information available on the site for delivery hence ended up paying a lot of money thinking I was getting next day delivery when they were in fact closed so my delivery took a week. The response was to refuse delivery. No apology or refund offered.”

“The worst service ever, paid for next day delivery on Thursday order arrived on Tuesday, said I could return at my cost and would not refund £6.99 paid for next day delivery, would NOT recommend.”
