“I paid extra for a next day delivery within a cut time for dispatch stated on company website. Items were not actually dispatched until the day they were supposed to be delivered then the items were not out for delivery until 2 days after dispatch all in all I paid for a next day delivery on a Wednesday for delivery Thursday to be told by Royal Mail they would deliver on Saturday and alas didn’t deliver. No communication from yourselves whatsoever so all in all a pretty poor experience and the items not delivered and had to run around on Saturday morning trying to find similar items which should of been delivered on Thursday I’m sure your organisation is better than that but I’d definitely brush up on customer communication”

“I have ordered from this company about 3 or 4 times now and every delivery has been perfect. It’s always extremely fast delivery and I’ve never had any items missing. The only constructive criticism I could make is that sometimes the packing could be a little bit better as sometimes they are just thrown in and rattle around. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever and will continue to use this fabulous company.”

“The items did not reach to me in time for my daughter’s birthday party and I had to purchase the gifts last minute from elsewhere. Amazon is much better and trustworthy for such items. There is no contact telephone number also for this company on their website and they do not quickly respond to emails.”
