I ordered a couple of life-size face masks to be used on a poster. Unfortunately, because they were poorly packed with no 'please do not bend' sticker on the outside, the postman had to bend the package which slightly creased the face masks while posting it through the letterbox. Would have thought Partyperfecto would have realised this potential problem & taken steps to reduce the likelihood of this occurring.
