The item I ordered was a really good price, unfortunately it did not turn up for a number of days despite me paying for £7.99 next day/express delivery, and therefore did not arrive in time for my party. I also got emails telling me it was arriving when it didn't, stopping me from looking for a replacement, which I would have done had it been communicated to me that the item was delayed. I have not given PartyPerfecto a completely terrible rating though as they dealt with my complaint, refunding me in full. I did have to chase the refund though :/ .... Would I order from them again?? May be if the item and price was right and I wasn't in a hurry.
