If you think what you sent me was acceptable for me to attach to a vehicle then you are sorely mistaken. I cannot believe I paid £48 for a sun visor that looked like it had been used as a lying board for a mechanic. It is disgustingly dirty and has oily marks all over it. No amount of cleaning product could fix what you sent me. I am really disappointed and will not be using your service again.

Hi started off really well . Order came on the day was great but on order was an 18 inc wheel but when arrived was 17 inc. when my partner rang to ask about sending it back the guy was so rude and abrupt . E mails very rude and angry .i did recommend youto lots of people but will tell them to rethink

Bought used headlamp,when received it had broken bits cannot be fixed. Ask for replacement or refund. I was ask for return, it was costing twice what I paid for item. They shall not pay for returns. It was not worth and ask for honest refund to keep customers happy. They insist only will pay when item return. I decided to give up and loose my money, I was not getting any where.

I am sorry to report again about Vauxall Parts. Thi company should be removed from your circulation list as they are nothing but trouble and cannot provide basic service or refunds as I have repeadly requested NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

i received my air filter box today.To my dismay it was damaged on arrival after further inspection i noticed all bolts were rusted beyond repair the box had holes drilled in it with non factory parts fitted overall a complete mess i paid 96 pound and i have never felt more ripped off looks like part had being left in a breakers yard for some time decaying.As someone who has worked in the industry will not be recomending this company and am pursuing a refund.DISGRACEFUL

The part i orderd did not work,the air flow monitor. Could not check part when deliverd due to delivery guy could not wait around whilst i fitted the part to the car. So i was robbed of 25 pounds.

I was put in touch with two parts companies. The first one took payment for next day delivery, I waited for 3 days then the money was repaid with no explanation. The second company, after a lot of chasing, supplied the wrong part which had had locating studs bent to make it fit. Not impressed with your partner companies.

I purchased what I taught was an Audi Symphony head unit for my A5 . This was not sent out ! On contacting the vendor seVeral times MIM , they repeatedly said the unit I ordered was the Audi Concert headunit , when it clearly says I’m the invoice “ Symphony “ . Never again !!!! Disgusted that a business can not accept that they were wrong . Parts gateway were efficient in there research , and were very good I must say . But somewhere there is someone who must take fault , not me as I have been told by the vendor after sending numerous emails , photos and screenshots of the product and invoice.

Parts supplied was defective and not fit for purpose I contacted supplier guess what they said “ it was working when we sent it “ so that’s £70 down the drain

The Ford Focus starter motor sent was the wrong one... so it will be returned ASAP and this has delayed my car being repaired which will cost more money for a new motor from another company

The part I received is second hand! This was not evident in the advertisement. During its previous life the wing panel had been dinged in several places and also been subject to collision damage which creased the panel and gouged through the paintwork. These areas of damage had been marked...and the item was still sent out! Upon receipt I opened the bubble wrap (insufficient to protect a wing panel) to find that it had been almost doubled over at the door end. The wing to me is useless! The panel I am replacing is in better condition. I want a full refund . If not I will inform trading standards and leave negative feedback on Ebay. It has been several days since I complained...and this is the 4th review Ive written. Still no contact...just reviews??

Ordered a turbo for a bmw 320. Came 2 days late. Took it garage to be fitted to be told it's the totally wrong turbo. Got in contact With the people who supplied it and told them it was the wrong turbo and can I please return it and have a refund. They was very rude and told me I had to prove it came from them and it was my fault for not checking part first. On the site it said bmw320 turbo for 2006 reg. But it's not that turbo they sent me. They was very rude and unhelpful and nasty. Iv he's a total nightmare trying to resolv this. Don't believe anything the site says about return and refund. The garage told me that they adivse people never to buy from these people. Horrible experience. Never never use this site

I purchased a part for my car but they never told me on advert I had to programme the part to my car.it will cost me more money to do this so I'm left with a part I can not use,the company wont give me a refund allthought they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee on the part.im never buying parts online again,the company is called auto euro parts in Ireland,so anyone looking should be aware to avoid this company,thank you for nothing and taking my money.i feel robbed and disscusted.so so not happy

I asked for a windscreen wiper arm for my car and quoted my registration. (Previously I had searched on eBay and based on my registration they could see that the parts they were selling were not compatible) I ordered from the first person who said they had it in stock but when it arrived it did not fit. I emailed them and told them and the reply I got was, return it if it doesn’t fit but the spindle is the same size so it should fit. I asked if it would take a 16” blade and the reply was I have no idea. It didn’tbecause it was fitted with a 12” blade . But my argument is that they should have checked before saying they had the right one in the first place.

I ordered a door mirror glass, using my registration number, from Ultimate Styling. The wrong glass was sent. I have requested action 3 times and am yet to receive any reply. Not the service I was expecting! It appears the problem is with Parts Gateway. Using Reg No doesn’t mean they match to your actual car, mine was 10 years out!!

Item not as illustrated (rust gouges also covered in dogs hairs) don't expect brand new but please don't illustrate what you don't get
