Damaged wing received. No chance of a refund as I signed for this without checking first. Pretty impossible when it took me 20 minutes to unwrap, the courier wouldn’t wait so I am now stuck with a damaged unusable wing. Not impressed.

Was sold a part. Was then messaged to explain that the company didn’t know why I had been sold it as it had already been sold. So now I’m dealing with trying to get a refund!

Ordered space saver wheel for wives car and provided full details of the car to make sure I got the correct one. The wheel arrived okay, however it does not fit in the boot even with the tyre fully deflated, so it is of no use as an emergency spare. Notified the supplier who said they would despatch the correct space saver, but have heard nothing since, despite e-mailing them to ask what is happening.

Orded part on the 12th Dec it is know the 20th Dec and still no part.then i get a email as king for my address.well here we go .Mr R Schofield,89 Kingsley Rd,silverstone,NN128UE. Not very good service after being told 2to 3 day delivery, you have my money know i would like my order.ASAP

parts gateway is acceptable, however when ordering the item you need make sure the supplier does credit as 3 months later I'm still waiting for a credit. having chased several times and not getting a reply is also not acceptable.

The instrument panel ordered was faulty it should have never been sent out the speedo hand was stuck on 30 mph it had tried to be fixed some fixing screws were missing out the back panel it cost £6 50 postage to return it not happy with the service.

After supplying my cars Reg the part was found at Eurowagens. 2 days later it arrived wrong only for Eurowagen to imply I had given them the wrong information, once this was pointed out to them they had the correct information they tried to blame Parts Gateway and made me pay for the return of the item. Later an email came stating they had sent the wrong part and they didn't have the one I required. I paid for the return and are still waiting for the refund of the item

I entered the Manufacturer Part number of the item I required including a description of the item and vehicle details. Received a notification stating the part had been sourced and was available to purchase from a third party. I paid for the item but the incorrect part was delivered. The Part Number DID NOT MATCH, so why was I sent a different part???????

Part broken on arrival contacted you saying but broken off you asked for pictures I sent it you rang me back and told me stick it back on it’s nit important . Declined to send replacement t won’t be using again

I WROTE A REVIEW YESTERDAY WHICH WAS SCATHING. THE SUPPLIER WAS GIVEN THE CHANCE TO PUT THINGS RIGHT. THEY SAID MY ENGINE WOULD BE DELIVERED BY THE END OF YESTERDAY BEARING IN MIND THAT WOULD BE 10 DAYS SINCE I PAID FOR IT. THIS MORNING IT IS STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. NOW 11 DAYS SINCE IT WAS PAID FOR. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE IT IS AT THE MOMENT. AS I SAID YESTERDAY THIS IS NOW COSTING ME £60 A DAY IN CAR HIRE WHICH I WANT BACK. I COULD HAVE USED ONE OF MANY COMPANIES THAT SUPPLY AND FIT WHO QUOTED AND HAD THE JOB DONE BY LAST TUESDAY 11/9/18. I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LUTON PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS LOCAL TO ME. AFTER PAYMENT I FIND THE ENGINE IS COMING FROM LEICESTER. I AM TOLD IT WAS PALLETTED READY FOR DELIVERY LAST TUESDAY 11/9/18. LEICESTER IS A COUPLE OF HOURS FROM ME AND A WEEK LATER THE ENGINE IS STILL NOT HERE. ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL, THE WORST TRANSACTION OF MY LIFE. THE LEAST THAT CAN BE DONE IS FOR MY CAR HIRE TO BE REFUNDED. EVEN IF THE ENGINE ARRIVES TODAY MY CAR HIRE EXPIRES TOMORROW AND I WILL THEN BE WITHOUT A CAR AND AS A SELF EMPLOYED PERSON THAT IS CATASTROPHIC.

I e-mailed you directly regarding problems I have had with the parts purchased, also with the tawdry response from the supplier. You have failed to respond . I would recommend buyers be extremely wary of this supply site. with regards
