“Ordered a heater motor for my astra sports tourer.. Had to phone to find out situation as not heard anything for 6 days.. part was picked when on phone & arrived next day.. worked when fitted.. other than having to make phone call, would recommend & will use again..”

“I purchased what I taught was an Audi Symphony head unit for my A5 . This was not sent out ! On contacting the vendor seVeral times MIM , they repeatedly said the unit I ordered was the Audi Concert headunit , when it clearly says I’m the invoice “ Symphony “ . Never again !!!! Disgusted that a business can not accept that they were wrong . Parts gateway were efficient in there research , and were very good I must say . But somewhere there is someone who must take fault , not me as I have been told by the vendor after sending numerous emails , photos and screenshots of the product and invoice.”

“The whole idea is great. I received a quote straight away however Slick Parts let me down. I paid for a next day delivery service - I should have received the part on Tuesday but it was only delivered on Thursday as they never sent it. When I rung to chase it they blamed courrier. I ended up not having my car fixed on time.”
