“Part arrived o k , but when I fitted it the brake lights did not work. As I only wanted the outer part of the light , I used the inner part that holds the bulbs from my existing unit with the new outer part. This works perfectly”

“From my recent use of PartsGateway the only thing I can suggest is in my case I had already purchased an item through you and received confirmation of the purchase, but I was receiving emails reminding me about choices not a problem but for a smooth outfit like yours this should not happen. I am very impressed with the whole process you run, very slick from beginning to end & I love the email @ 7.00am telling me the hour in which the delivery was coming very considerate. Ed Raw”

“i received my air filter box today.To my dismay it was damaged on arrival after further inspection i noticed all bolts were rusted beyond repair the box had holes drilled in it with non factory parts fitted overall a complete mess i paid 96 pound and i have never felt more ripped off looks like part had being left in a breakers yard for some time decaying.As someone who has worked in the industry will not be recomending this company and am pursuing a refund.DISGRACEFUL”

“Worked well and part identified and received as required HOWEVER the 'system' misidentified the Mark of my car, and so the order was initially canceled and I had to chase up by phone and do a lot persuading before the vendor would raise a PP invoice and dispatch, so a day lost on the whole process.”

“the only problem I could have had was that the door that I ordered was delivered on a pallet with nothing more to protect it than shrink wrap. thought the very least it would have had some bubble wrap around it.”

“The part i orderd did not work,the air flow monitor. Could not check part when deliverd due to delivery guy could not wait around whilst i fitted the part to the car. So i was robbed of 25 pounds.”
