“I needed a unique and rare part for my car and had no luck finding it on the well known auction site. I found PartsGateway Ltd. while searching online and filled out the simple and easy to understand form that they sent me. Within two hours I had a response from a supplier. The part was sent and arrived quickly. Today it was fitted and I am very happy. I would highly recommend PartsGateway Ltd. if you are in a similar situation.”

“Bought a replacement bonnet and payed the full price , called couple days later to be told it would be sent out later that afternoon. After no item arriving after 5 working days called Motorhog (suppliers) to be told Sorry could not find a courier to deliver to North East Scotland. So when was i going to be told this ? Did pay refund in full 2 days after they said it would be done. Buyers North East or Grampian region beware and ask before buying from this supplier.”

“I WROTE A REVIEW YESTERDAY WHICH WAS SCATHING. THE SUPPLIER WAS GIVEN THE CHANCE TO PUT THINGS RIGHT. THEY SAID MY ENGINE WOULD BE DELIVERED BY THE END OF YESTERDAY BEARING IN MIND THAT WOULD BE 10 DAYS SINCE I PAID FOR IT. THIS MORNING IT IS STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. NOW 11 DAYS SINCE IT WAS PAID FOR. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE IT IS AT THE MOMENT. AS I SAID YESTERDAY THIS IS NOW COSTING ME £60 A DAY IN CAR HIRE WHICH I WANT BACK. I COULD HAVE USED ONE OF MANY COMPANIES THAT SUPPLY AND FIT WHO QUOTED AND HAD THE JOB DONE BY LAST TUESDAY 11/9/18. I CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LUTON PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS LOCAL TO ME. AFTER PAYMENT I FIND THE ENGINE IS COMING FROM LEICESTER. I AM TOLD IT WAS PALLETTED READY FOR DELIVERY LAST TUESDAY 11/9/18. LEICESTER IS A COUPLE OF HOURS FROM ME AND A WEEK LATER THE ENGINE IS STILL NOT HERE. ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL, THE WORST TRANSACTION OF MY LIFE. THE LEAST THAT CAN BE DONE IS FOR MY CAR HIRE TO BE REFUNDED. EVEN IF THE ENGINE ARRIVES TODAY MY CAR HIRE EXPIRES TOMORROW AND I WILL THEN BE WITHOUT A CAR AND AS A SELF EMPLOYED PERSON THAT IS CATASTROPHIC.”

“The company that I dealt with supplies the wrong part and said the price paid plus the carriage would be refunded. They firstly refunded the item charge but not the carriage even though I enclosed it with the return parcel as requested. When I queried why the carriage cost had not been refunded, they said the receipt I sent must have been mislaid and requested a copy, which I had made. i emailed a copy of the receipt as requested but did nit get the refund. So future buyers BEWARE!”
