“I booked a parcel To the Ukraine from Ireland Parceldirect gave me a Great choice of carriers and full list of total costs I was unfortunate to have taken TNT as the carrier as I checked the with the receiver about the delivery they told me they had not received the parcel so I checked the tracking and it showed that it had not been picked up so I contacted parceldirect and they got back to me and informed me that TNT had lost the payment address label but luckily I had writing the address on the parcel also with my phone number and email the parcel has been in there possession for 4 weeks at this time and they did not think to contact the sender to ask about the payment they just kept moving it from one depo to another as you can see from there tracking info 21-05-2018 09:36 SHIPMENT IN TRANSIT. “We have been very happy with Parcel Direct - very easy to use, pick up was exactly when they said, delivery was quick and the price excellent. We had a problem with the delivery which was totally nothing to do with the courier as the recipient did not record the delivery correctly but Parcel Direct were extremely prompt in response to our query and emailed us all the paperwork and the signature taken on delivery and the driver gave a description of the person they delivered to so that we could prove it was delivered and sure enough the parcel was there all along. We were very happy with the communication and customer service of Parcel Direct and Fedex and will definitely keep using Parcel Direct.”
