“Straightforward and efficient service with excellent customer service. ParcelDirect informed me which couriers were able to collect my package on my preferred day and the package was collected at my address a few hours later and delivered to the overseas address within a week. Great service, good value. Thank you.”

“The courier came to collect the parcel from my house (Ireland) the next day. He phoned me ahead of time to make sure I was home. The parcel then arrived a few days later in Germany. The service was pleasant, fast and efficient at half the cost of other providers. Highly recommended.”

“For the technologically-challenged, like me, this site is quite easy to use. only one complaint- if you make a mistake with the address- ie. I put "apt 4" at the start of the street address- it doesn't prompt you about what the mistake is; otherwise a fab site...let's hope the delivery time is as good 😉”
