“We have been very happy with Parcel Direct - very easy to use, pick up was exactly when they said, delivery was quick and the price excellent. We had a problem with the delivery which was totally nothing to do with the courier as the recipient did not record the delivery correctly but Parcel Direct were extremely prompt in response to our query and emailed us all the paperwork and the signature taken on delivery and the driver gave a description of the person they delivered to so that we could prove it was delivered and sure enough the parcel was there all along. We were very happy with the communication and customer service of Parcel Direct and Fedex and will definitely keep using Parcel Direct.”

“The order was very simple and straightforward. I especially liked that it is possible to choose the company you prefer and you have all the possible choices in one list. Pickup went exactly as described - I waited at home and my chosen company, UPS, picked up as planned. Delivery time was also listed correctly and everything went off without a hitch! I will definitely be recommending this service to anyone I know who is in need of such a service!”

“The guys in Parcel Direct have been brilliant to deal with since day one. Whether I call them at 10AM or 17:29 with an question, they are always very obliging and prompt with help. Their prices are the best I have encountered and the website is super easy to navigate and use. “Competitively priced ! But more importantly - delivered on time !! Nothing too big or too small !!! They deserve a chance to quote your business !!!! You will not be disappointed or let down !!!!! I required to have a box full of technical books delivered from Dublin to Manchester. The request was placed late at night and the goods collected next day - full tracking available.”

“The most efficient way to send a parcel or any package. Helps you find the best price among different couriers, then provides a 'how to prepare your package' for that courier. Confirmation e-mail provides times for parcel pick up from your home. After that you just wait hand over the package and off it goes. Great e-mail updates for travel tracking too, though they could always be faster as with all other services.”

“I was struggling (or so I thought) to get a sizeable package shipped overseas. I then discovered ParcelDirect.ie who made the whole process stress free and oh so easy, from the shipping labels to the pick-up and onward delivery process. Very reasonable rates. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate in using their services again.”
