“Charged me twice for pick up from chad embassy in Brussels because small bit of address missing due to their poor website design despite the embassy number in it too It’s an embassy and the only chad embassy in Europe!!! Slow delivery too”

“I have been using parcel direct for family living in the UK. I find this service is extremely user friendly from finding me the best most affordable deal to getting my parcels there on time and absolutely hassle free. The communication should I have a query is answered promptly and efficiently and customer care is excellent.
