“The order was made with GLS and despite a few misunderstandings, I was able to leave a package and they picked up while the other party received the package on time with no delays whatsoever. Just make sure to properly research your drop-off spots.”

“Parcel Driect indeed made me happy when I thought I would lose my money when I had to return the garden shed which was missing parts and not the size I ordered but didn’t check till it was nearly too late for to be returned,,It was not only the one with the best price they called to pick up the shed the following day and they got it back in time which I was very grateful when I received my money back in my bank account without any loss, thanks to Parcel Direct”

“I decided to use ParcelDirect because it offered the cheapest shipping I could find to Italy. I booked the pickup about a week before asking to the CS if they would have been able to collect my parcel within the week and if the cancellation was free of charge. They confirmed, I had to cancdl the shipping and spent about two days calling their CS about the refund. Well, I’m still waiting to get my 40 euro back since November. Do not rely on them, I won’t in the future.”

“Delivery times were quick once picked up, I felt that the collection times could be improved as i requested service early in morning and box was not collected until the following afternoon, but as i said it was delivered to customer within 24hrs, Price was also spot on”

Collection and delivery times are difficult to predict because it all depends on the courier's route on the day, how many parcels he has to collect and even traffic has an effect.
