“I made a complaint months ago about a parcel that was returned to me from your French depo. It was to be delivered to my sister in law. She was was given wrong info and the parcel was never delivered. When she rang about the parcel she spent 30 mins talking to a very unhelpful man and got so annoyed when he hung up on her.The 2nd person she rang was more helpful but had no idea where the parcel was. She spent over €30 on calls. A few days later it arrived back to me. My sister said she has had problems before with your company in France. As I've used your company before and have found your staff helpful here in Ireland. I'm disappointed and my sister Inlaw was not happy as someone from your complaints department was to ring her. Months later and we are still waiting. Thank you.”

“The service is good, particularly the phone help service. However, I found the online set up quite difficult to follow, I would have given up except for the help on the phone.”

“I send quite a few parcels every month in my business. To date I have used the first name that came up in a Google search - that is until I clicked on the ParcelDirect.ie link. Now everything is in one place, I get an invoice the moment I have paid, I can either drop off the parcel in town or have it collected and I know the parcel is in safe hands and will arrive on time. Furthermore, I have a choice of whom I trust me parcel to and a price that matches. It suits my business and me to work with ParcelDirect,ie, great idea and great service guys!”

“Great service - I've used twice and it's been cheap, reliable and fast delivery. I've only given it 4 stars however, because pick up is any time within an 8hr bracket (9am-5pm). So unless you are at home for the day with literally nothing to do, waiting for pick up consumes the entire day. It would be so much better if a shorter window for pickup could be provided on the day - a 2hr time frame perhaps. Then I would consider this a 5 star service :-)”

“ParcelDirect.ie provided all the labelling I needed, were quick to turn up, checked out my package before they took it and it arrived within a couple of days. I was returning a computer part to Holland which I needed replaced quickly. With ParcelDirect.ie everything went smoothly and my package was delivered efficiently. With their insurance offer I was confident that even if something unforeseen happened I'd be covered.”
