“Great customer service, fast responses and hassle free collection and delivery! I ordered shipping for three fully loaded pallets from Ireland to UK. I got a call from truck driver one and a half hour ahead of collection as agreed. And also got a call right on estimated time for delivery, around 48 working hours from collection. And the most important thing is that pallets came in same condition as I packed them - untouched! Both drivers very professional and pleasant. Great value as well, prices are really nice. Thank you very much for everything! I will definitely recommend your company!”

“My daughter's live in Spain and receiving this parcel was amazing for them 😊 thank you so so much it arrived in the same condition as it left .the daily updates were great 😊I would definitely use your service again 😊 and I have told so many people of your service . “Had a problem with the partner courier that the order was placed with but Parcel Direct dealt with it immediately when notified and took ownership of the reorganising the shipment themselves to no extra expense on my part which was very impressive as a customer. Would highly recommend this service”

“Website quick and easy to use. Very good prices and payment methods. I am only to very happy with a collection delay by GLS courier, but I understand it has nothing to do with ParcelDirect.ie. I will use their service again and would definitely recommend it to a friend! Good job, keep it that way!”

“Straightforward and efficient service with excellent customer service. ParcelDirect informed me which couriers were able to collect my package on my preferred day and the package was collected at my address a few hours later and delivered to the overseas address within a week. “The courier came to collect the parcel from my house (Ireland) the next day. He phoned me ahead of time to make sure I was home. The parcel then arrived a few days later in Germany. The service was pleasant, fast and efficient at half the cost of other providers. Highly recommended.”
