“For the technologically-challenged, like me, this site is quite easy to use. only one complaint- if you make a mistake with the address- ie. I put "apt 4" at the start of the street address- it doesn't prompt you about what the mistake is; otherwise a fab site...let's hope the delivery time is as good 😉”

“Parcel Direct was very easy to use. Was very friendly when I approached for clearing my doubts. Also online tracking is very good. I want to send a parcel to China and ParcelDirect was the cheapest available shipping service compared to other courier companies”
