“First time I've used parcel direct easy enough to use I couldn't add the exact kg though so now I don't know if my parcel will be collected it was 1.053kg I had to put 1kg as it wouldn't except it in the other form great service though especially during lock down”

“Quick service, made my booking around 10am, as soon as I booked I realised I needed to print the label which wasn't possible in current circumstances. Customer service was great, quick and friendly and switched my order to allow the courrier to bring the label to me. Minor blip as original courrier aldo turned up with no label. Courrier came with label next day and all was good. My only recommendation or observation is that it should be very visible before ordering to select whether you have facility to print labels or not.”

“Sending a parcel to the uk , after looking at other courier services. Not one could match the price . Very easy to navigate around . Will use again (Didn't have a delivery phone number so just put my own. ) No problem.”

“The people in Mace at bohemian Newgate were absolutely fantastic ... they went over and above to help me post my parcel ... your lucky to have them as a drop of point ... they made me realise how special the Irish are ... as I’ve lived in the uk for past 34 years... glad to be home ...”

“User friendly online service, great that you can choose any address for collection. Very competitive pricing too. Only issue is that I couldn’t choose a UK number assigned to an Irish address.”

“Collected parcel as arranged, would be nice to have an idea which portion of the day parcel will be collected as have to block off an entire day to stay home for collection. I haven't yet received confirmation of successful parcel delivery so cannot comment on that.”
