“User friendly online service, great that you can choose any address for collection. Very competitive pricing too. Only issue is that I couldn’t choose a UK number assigned to an Irish address.”

“Does what it says on the tin. Benefit that Parcel Direct have the ability to send shipments with batteries unlike other carriers.”

“Drop off points make the delivery process far more convenient. One of the few companies that all this. I would recommend using just for convenience of delivery point.”

“Collected parcel as arranged, would be nice to have an idea which portion of the day parcel will be collected as have to block off an entire day to stay home for collection. I haven't yet received confirmation of successful parcel delivery so cannot comment on that.”
