“I just booked a suitcase to go from Donegal to Perth yesterday, it is to be collected tomorrow ? time. Hopefully, I will be able to write a good review when it gets to my daughter in Australia for Christmas.”

“Everything very easy item are collected on the day and delivered within the time frame advised. The cost very competitive. The only thing that would make the service better is to be advised of the approx time the items would be collected instead of between 0900 - 1700 just meant you don't have to sit in all day for the collection”

“Parcel direct were prompt and the driver who called was extremely helpful and nice. My only problem (and this is the same with all courier companies) is the time slot. We were told that the driver would call between 9am and 5.30pm. Really, this is ridiculous. Surely it could be before lunch (9am to 1pm) or after lunch (2pm to 5.30 pm). I tried ringing the company and I tried emailing them to request a more realistic estimated pick up time but got no response. Otherwise the service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. The price was good. The service was good. It was easy to organise online. They were able to provide an option that other companies could not facilitate. Definitely 9 out of 10 for service.”

“Customer service parcel direct very good and quick to respond to emails. Unfortunately the DPD driver not picking up the parcel, however I was offered a refund if not picked up by parcel direct but my intentions was my parcel to be collected and delivered ASAP.”

“first time using ParcelDirect, great price and fast shipment organisation - their customer services were very responsive when my chosen courrier did not deliver on time (they were asking for a access code as they saw a barrier on google map!!!) what google map did not show was the security man there 24x 7”

“The customer service agents were excellent , the procedure was very user friendly and the price very reasonable . One technical issue that I couldnt resolve was that i couldnt change the prefix of the receivers phone number to 00353. This may affect delivery .I would appreciate a phone call from the company as the agents were not available after 5.30 pm”
