“To day was the first time I used this service and I have to say when I rang for information about how to go about this I was very impressed with the assistance I got from your team I spoke to, they were more than helpful and patient with me as I rang them a couple of times and they walked me through everything I had to do thank you so much I will have no hesitation in using this service again thank you .Edna Mills”

“Thank you for your support arranging my package delivery. While I am very happy with the support provided I did not envisage the package being delayed in customs and my daughter having to pay a huge fee for the delivery of her own Birthday present. This has cost a small fortune all in all. Some advice on same might be a good idea to add to your website in the future or at least some guidelines or maybe I missed something. I will be providing the same feedback to the courier. No reflection on your company but shipping to UAE is so expensive and unpredictably expensive that flying there to deliver goods is looking like a better option once Covid 19 has passed.”

“Zunächst hatte ich Probleme mit dem Abholdatum, das sich nicht eingeben ließ. Positiv überrascht war, dass ich selbst am Sonntag über Facebook eine schnelle Antwort bekam. Heute versuchte ich noch einmal, den Auftrag zu senden - und es klappte wunderbar. So hoffe ich, dass auch alles weitere bis zur Ankunft der Pakete gut funktioniert.”

“My parcel was not collected on the required day with COVID delays, however they replied to my after hours email promptly and it was collected the following day so I will happily use Parcel Direct again”

“Easy to use website, clear instructions . Parcel was picked up on time. Some delay in delivery,but maybe this was due to current Covid problems. Tracking was useful, nice to know where the parcel was. Would use them again.”

“Good value for money. I liked that I didn't need to print any labels and the driver picked the packet up from my address. It arrived in perfect condition. The reason why four instead of five stars, it did take 13 days. Also, it would have been nice to have been given a specific time slot for collection rather than a whole day.”

“All very good pick up web site etc ,only problem, we have yet to receive confirmation of delivery, by email or text.Yet tracking has shown it as signed and delivered. Although we have yet to hear from recipients they received.”

“Very professional website and service. I booked a pick up and delivery from ireland to Italy at the cheapest price ever. I paid only 34 euro for 5 kg!! I checked all the service providers and I couldn't a price under 60 euros!! I m so happy!”

“First time I've used parcel direct easy enough to use I couldn't add the exact kg though so now I don't know if my parcel will be collected it was 1.053kg I had to put 1kg as it wouldn't except it in the other form great service though especially during lock down”

“Quick service, made my booking around 10am, as soon as I booked I realised I needed to print the label which wasn't possible in current circumstances. Customer service was great, quick and friendly and switched my order to allow the courrier to bring the label to me. Minor blip as original courrier aldo turned up with no label. Courrier came with label next day and all was good. My only recommendation or observation is that it should be very visible before ordering to select whether you have facility to print labels or not.”
