“Parcel collected Thursday and delivered Monday morning. Was able to track it all the way. Paid extra to get a txt when delivered, but never happened.”

“Very good customer service. Easy to complete on line forms. Parcel collected on the appointed day. It would be nice if I could be told if collection is in the morning or evening. But i am very happy overall.”

“Parcels Direct were supportive and helpful even when the courier struggled to collect my package for 5 days. They challenged the courier and got them to escalate the delivery which then went ahead without further hitches. Good value and supportive staff.”

“I would definitely recommend Parcel Direct. I sent a parcel to Perth in Australia and was very happy with their super efficient service during the COVID 19 lockdown. They collected the parcel from my workplace in Dublin and delivered it within 10 day to Perth. I have 2 very happy niece and nephew in Australia - thank you Parcel Direct!!!”

“Very easy to book online and they are prompt to respond to email. I had my collection arranged but a housemate put the parcel away so It was missed. Michael was quick to respond to my request for collection on the following day. I had to pay for the service again but nevertheless It is a very handy door to door service. I'll use them again.”
