“It my first time using parcel Direct .ie but iv found they are the cheapest to go with and i hope it all goes well with dilvery my parcels to my family in spain”

“It was a great experience. Selecting a pick up was hassel free. Parcel direct is economical, and the choice of the wise. They are trustworthy and friendly to help you pack up your parcel and send it across. Besides that their pre and post services are unique and commendable.”

“Great idea & service, but would use a different courier next time. GLS wasn’t very careful at handling the package, one of the art pieces got damaged”

“Parcel arrived safely in UK by 10am next day. First time using parceldirect.ie. Easy to use and best price I could find. Would've liked a narrower window of pick up time but driver did call first. Great service!”

“I don’t have issue an issue with Parcels Direct but with Fedex!! Asked for next day pick up, waited in all day. No pick up. Call their 1800 number, told someone came by but you weren’t home. I WAS at home and nobody came. Asked for a window of time to expect them, hold on and I will give you one. The answer? Any time between now and 5pm!! Then got asked how I was going to pay. Already paid for. No, it’s not. Told them I wasn’t paying twice for the parcel. Will use your company again BUT not Fedex.”

“Very easy websites to use. Efficient and friendly collection/delivery driver. Only negative thing to say is it would be good to get a more precise collection time. Two hour window etc not just 9.30-5.30.”

“Website quick and easy to use. Very good prices and payment methods. I am only to very happy with a collection delay by GLS courier, but I understand it has nothing to do with ParcelDirect.ie. I will use their service again and would definitely recommend it to a friend! Good job, keep it that way!”

“For the technologically-challenged, like me, this site is quite easy to use. only one complaint- if you make a mistake with the address- ie. I put "apt 4" at the start of the street address- it doesn't prompt you about what the mistake is; otherwise a fab site...let's hope the delivery time is as good 😉”
