“I had to send documents to Canada urgently as there is a postal strike there. Made my booking on Thursday. It was collected by Fedex on Friday and they arrived safely in Canada by the following Tuesday. Labels were easy to use and the price was far more reasonable than what I had been quoted by other well known couriers. The only reason this is not a "very good" rating is that the email asking to post a review was sent before the parcel had been collected. There were also a number of very obvious typos in that email and it did cause me some concern that the lack of attention to detail might be reflected in the service. I can say now that I had no need to worry.”

“What can I say -was annoyed with parcel direct at first this morning but all was sorted promptly by the lovely Gentleman called Alex . He had patience and was well manner at all times. I hope my parcel s delivered on time. . 5 ⭐️ for customers service Thanks Alex”

“The parcel arrived within the time specified (3-4 working days). The only issue was that they did not ring in advance to tell you what time are they delivering and they expect you to be home waiting as otherwise they have to arrange it for another day but they do not give even a timeframe (i.e., morning, afternoon, evening...).”

“Parcel arrived safely in UK by 10am next day. First time using parceldirect.ie. Easy to use and best price I could find. Would've liked a narrower window of pick up time but driver did call first. Great service!”

“I don’t have issue an issue with Parcels Direct but with Fedex!! Asked for next day pick up, waited in all day. No pick up. Call their 1800 number, told someone came by but you weren’t home. I WAS at home and nobody came. Asked for a window of time to expect them, hold on and I will give you one. The answer? Any time between now and 5pm!! Then got asked how I was going to pay. Already paid for. No, it’s not. Told them I wasn’t paying twice for the parcel. Will use your company again BUT not Fedex.”

“Very easy websites to use. Efficient and friendly collection/delivery driver. Only negative thing to say is it would be good to get a more precise collection time. Two hour window etc not just 9.30-5.30.”

“Website quick and easy to use. Very good prices and payment methods. I am only to very happy with a collection delay by GLS courier, but I understand it has nothing to do with ParcelDirect.ie. I will use their service again and would definitely recommend it to a friend! Good job, keep it that way!”
