I correctly entered dimensions & weight of a recent parcel onto the Parceldirect Website & received a quote which I accepted and paid. Totally horrified a few days later to receive notification that their quote was incorrect & they had taken another €272 from my card. I will never use this service again & will advise all other to avoid also.

Just received parcel via parcel direct an hour ago, from London to Wexford town. I've no hesitation recommending this service. Michael in support desk are extremely helpful, and absolutely 100% up-front about when we'd receive delivery and so on. We used courier services before for items from London to Ireland, but this was easily the best. That's our experience anyway, for what it's worth. Hi, I have been in contact with you via email for the past two weeks trying to retrieve my missing x36 fragile tapes from you! . You have said continuously that “you are awaiting a response from the warehouse” . I don’t even know what that means! , where is the missing 36 fragile tapes that I paid for? . You have 24hrs to ship them as stated via email, I am also looking at legal entitlements regarding this. Regards Conor

So Parcel Direct deleted my wife's review as it was negative - they took money from my wife's account without informing us saying we measured the package incorrectly which we didn't - we actually over measured our package to ensure plenty of room etc so it cost us almost €88.00 to send a small package to the UK then €174.00 customs fees in the UK which on your website when we put in all relevant information you gave no indication of and then refused to take responsibility. Despite the fact you had the correct email on file but you didn't update your records accordingly when you had the wrong email listed originally - their customer service was appalling stating they wouldn't talk to my wife even though the payment came from her account - would never use them again - my daughter had her phone stolen in the UK and we were sending a replacement and we would have been better flying over with it ourselves, it would have cost less - never ever use - they still refuse to return the extra payment they took from our account without our consent, without informing us- they blame us despite the fact they didn't update their records correctly with the right email address at the time of the original order and we have proof of this - Ref PD1040096 - we communicated with them in various ways email and telephone - absolute disgrace

FedEx Express Dublin to Spain delivery to take 24/48 Hrs. Actual 75 Hrs. Pick up Dublin (15hrs. in Ireland and transit) Arrive in CdG Paris (28hrs. in France and transit) Arrive in Barcelona (17hrs. and transit) Arrive in CdG Paris yes back to Paris (7hrs. in France and transit) Arrive in Barcelona. 8hrs later delivered.

A complete joke … sent email with label but it’s actually an instruction sheet not an actual label . I have telephoned and emailed no response . In all other courier services that I use the label is automatically generated !!! What kind of service is this ???

Total nonsense...there are hidden costs wasn't even mentioned...i sent my parcel 5th of may...its bn 13 days the receiver still didn't receive after paying the hidden costs too....very disappointing...money waste...i wonder how do i claim my money back now...

Hi, I am very sorry for your experience with our service. I do just have to explain that the "hidden" costs you are mentioning are most likely customs fees, these are on all shipments leaving the EU and they are paid to the government of the destination country. However, once these fees were paid, the parcel would usually be delivered shortly after, please can you contact our support team and we will look into this for you. All the best, PD

Unreliable. Ordered a parcel delivery through the website, once arrived at the drop off point I've been told that the pick-up code wasn't working. Tech support wasn't available nor over the phone neither via mail (6 pm). Once in contact with customer support the day after, order got cancelled. I'm still waiting for the refund, after 30 days.

I am totally dissatisfied with Parcel Direct and FedEx. They deliver my parcel with 5 day delay from Ireland to Spain and handed over for a person how I do not known. They do not help me in this situation and my parcel lefted over to the third person. No refund no proper managed situation and I not get back my parcel. Do not recommended for anybody. Ferenc

Customer service has been great up to now but my parcel was never collected. No answer to phone or email after 5.30p.m. needed parcel to be delivered by a certain date and that date will now pass, even allowing for weekend

Paid 88.45 for International Express service to receive my package within 24-48 hours. 48 hours have passed and looking at tracking the package still hasn't left the senders country

Absolutely appalling service. Sent a small return to Amazon 6 weeks ago and it's still in Shannon. Parcels Direct have not answered my numerous phone calls and emails. Would not recommend them. EVER

Sent my expensive racing bike in August 2021 (nsured it of course) and till this day received no compensation for the damage of the carbon frame - which is very expensive to fix. When contacted, told me it is too late to open the claim. Complete lack of communication with the customer. Avoid if you're sending something valuable. What's the point of insurance if I cannot claim it. Also, box had 100s of FRAGILE written on it. If it is fragile, it means it should be handled carefully. It was not.

This crowds is thief keep sending the pass customer accused them wrong declare demention when booking the shipment .send ubexrra charge bill afterv2 or three weeks time included me 2time accused me declare wrong demention send the proof to them they never response back they just took out u money from u card without u approval be aware to used parcel direct

Send me email notify me that i put wrong demension n send me huge bill from 98 euro to 450 euro lucky our house has cctv camera.which will allowvus to have proof to dispute this bill.not recommends it .since this extortion i stop completely used this parcel direct. Paul

Paid for express delivery for an urgent package. Collection was supposed to be from Ballyrafter service station, which popped up as my local drop off point when I booked. When I went to drop it off I was told they no longer deal with parcel direct. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone at parcel direct. Appalling.

My urgent document was supposed to be collected the 24 January. I was assured 2 to 3 days delivery. 6 days later it still wasn't collected for the collection point. I'm still waiting for my refund almost weeks later....I would never recommend anything use thus service...M Murphy

Parcel direct were supposed to collect my parcel 8th of Feb containing my mobile phone left in a hotel in Dublin 1 and drop it to ups depot for delivery to Galway, the parcel with phone was just picked up this evening, I couldn't phone parcel direct as they do not answer either their 0818# or the 021#, I was informed by the hotel that my phone had been collected. Hopefully will have it by close of business tomorrow 9th, terrible and stressful experience, would NOT recommend
