Second day im waiting for the courier to collect my parcel. Date of collection was yesterday. No call, no email about any progress. I cant wait to see a courier! If so, i will give more stars.

If the service works fine it's just because the couriers are doing their jobs, but if there's an issue with a delivery where Parceldirect support should help, they vanish. Absolutely no support at all, awful experience. Never again.

Hi! Sharing my pain. In early February, I sent a parcel from Ireland to Canada with my personal belongings: clothes, a couple of toys, textbooks. The weight of the box was about 30 kg. I ordered a courier Fx economy. The package was supposed to arrive on 13.02 in Alberta. Until 5.02, it was tracked to Memphis. As a result, it was lost. This is despite the fact that information about the recipient was duplicated on the box by Black marker, and the box was patterned and average in gobarites. I'm crying. Considering that this is virtually all I have after the war in Ukraine, and most of these things are memorable for me. From the good I can only note that the support service works smoothly and quickly. But the courier is not trained to transport the box from city A to city B. The time for consideration of the complaint is 3 months. Thanks for the service.

I have left a review already and will keep doing so until someone from this disastrous company has the decency to get back to me about my damaged parcel. No one to answer emails shocking service do not use this company !!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Despite paying for express delivery, which cost approximately €100.00 for one document, I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected from the collection location. The parcel was supposed to be collected on the 10th of February and it is now the 14th of February. I have now organised for an alternative company to collect my parcel as I cannot risk it being delivered by this company. Very poor service.

Would not recommend this company they could not deliver my parcel and then told me it would cost more to deliver back to me and if I didn't pay they would dispose of my parcel. Would not recommend

Service is absolutely disastrous. Avoid this company. I have lost almost 60kgs of my parcel. I was told I will be given refund as I paid for it. It’s been more than 8 months with no refund and the last update to me was that the refund was finalized. They stopped responding to my emails and calls as I am no longer in Ireland.

Absolutely do not recommend this company!! AVOID. After numerous emails and promises my packages wasn't even collected never mind delivered. Promises every day that would be sorted. Almost 2 weeks later and my box is still waiting for collection. DO NOT USE!!!

See my emails which you have not responded to. It appears that your company never handed over my package to the courier company concerned. I am now at the loss of my package, too late to get a refund from that company and also the loss of the charge your company made for a parcel which was never delivered.

Pathetic service. My Parcel is still stuck in customs and I now have to deal with them directly to get my parcel released. Specific customs requirements were never stipulated as part of the booking process. Huge gap in process!!

My small package sent by FedEx Express to Gdansk, Poland through Parceldirect.ie (collected on 12th January 23 at 10 a.m) was not delivered as said (13th Jan). The package is in Paris depot since 14th Jan. 2 am. Today is 15th and it is still in Paris. This is an urgent postage. My Polish flat was flooded and the keys I sent with FedEx are vital. Very disappointing.

A customer ordered a product which was a Christmas present for his son. I booked it with Parcel Direct and dropped it off at the drop-off location. I logged on a couple of days later to track it and there was a message saying the shipment was cancelled. I contacted Parcel Direct asking why it was cancelled, because I hadn't cancelled it and they came back saying that the driver had forgotten to scan it when he collected it. The box is now missing and so the customer did not get their delivery for Christmas. There has been no proactive communication from Parcel Direct, so I am having to chase for answers. 4 weeks later still no sign of the box so I have asked for details on how to make a claim and now are they ignoring my emails. Really terrible customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have been trying to work with them to get our shipment for 6 personnel effects boxes to us here in the US, having just been informed that FedEx in fact tried to deliver them back to Ireland where we left end of November. I have tried multiple forms of communication with little support, all the documentation we provided for customers didn’t reach them. Now we are being told we need to pay for a new shipment. Totally unacceptable and has made a stressful move to the US all the more stressful. Have been trying to email / call / use the messaging service and no one is helping us, we are competent at our wits end on this and would never ever use this service again.
