Parcel Direct have a shocking service, they have billed me 88 euro for a parcel they did not deliver,fed ex customer service is even worse.I was also billed 30 euro for original deliver..so I have now paid 118 euro for a parcel I delivered myself..I paid for a parcel to go to Germany in 2 days it was returned to me 5 weeks later ..shocking.

Nobody informed us that we need to print out email so that Fed Ex can collect the parcel/document. Now they want a second collection arrangement.

Hi Trnc, Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your shipment. With this service, you are informed that a 'Printer Required' at the beginning of the booking process. This is required for the barcoded shipping label so the parcel can be tracked from door to door. I am sorry if you did not see that. My colleague has rebooked the collection now. All the best, PD

What a useless courier firm! I left my package at the nominated drop-off point on 20th December, since which time the Tracking has read only "Shipment information sent to FedEx 20-12-2021 10:06" and the parcel has not moved anywhere. So this afternoon, 31st December, I went back there (in despair and disgust) and retrieved it. Now I'll have to go through the whole performance all over again, with a firm that can be relied on!

Not impressed. It’s taken far too long. Parcel picked up promptly yesterday morning and won’t be delivered to Celbridge until sometime tomorrow. That’s at least 48 hours and it cost

The order was placed on 15Dec with the collection next day. It was picked up on time on 16Dec, however, it was never delivered. It was containing a Christmas gift order and it was due to be delivered in 4-6 days by GLS. As of now - (28Dec), order tracking shows the parcel is on the way to its final parcel center (for last 7 days). I am very disappointed! Email was sent and I am looking for a refund now.

The packet was collected in time, however, it was never delivered. Packet collected on the 15th of December, containing a Christmas gift order, due to be delivered in 4-6 days to the US by FedEx. On the 28 of December, order tracking shows the package is still in Dublin. Nobody answers the phone or emails. I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, there were huge delays, and the US Customs could not clear all the parcels before they were allowed entry to the USA. We are hoping all the backlogs will be cleared and delivered asap. Terrible service, paid a large amount of money for 4/5 day delivery, 10 days later the package still hasn’t been delivered can’t get any answers as no one answers the phone

Parcel sent to Madrid Spain Tuesday 21/12/2021 for delivery Wednesday 22/12/2021. It is now 23.30 24/12/2021 and parcel has still not been delivered. This was priority delivery!!!

If it were possible to give zero I would they are the worst courier service I have ever used, I have been waiting for 3 days for a parcel to be collected that was supposed to be a xmas present for my son, they do not answer the phone and have not responded to my emails, I am posting this review all over social media and so will all of my friends and family, I have requested a refund but no one has had the courtesy to respond

If I could give 0 stars I would, collected parcel with no delay, BUT parcel is sat in depot in Germany for over 2 weeks they keep saying no one is home but my sister has sat at home every day for 2 weeks waiting for it, when she could be out doing her Christmas shopping, the customer service man Stephen is a joke just making smart comments and finds it all very funny! Paid 3 times what I would have paid an post to have it there within a few days, read the other reviews here and stay away from this company, I wish I had seen these reviews before pissing money down the drain both on gifts and on shipping! THEY DONT PUT THINGS RIGHT WHEN THEY MESS UP, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It's never okay to force a customer to wait around their home because you can schedule a pick to a specific time or at least hour. A customer should never lose an entire day because of a company's lack of management skills. I consider this a lesson learned.

Never so embarrassed am absolutely livid. Message received from driver that item was not ready or packed - it would be easier to get into fort Knox then my packaging. No approx time given only between 8.30am and 5.30pm. I can't stay in all day but at all times when I went out I was no more then 5 minutes away from my property. No phonecall nothing at all from driver - absolute disgrace - no customer service at all - I don't even know if the driver even bothered showing up and then sent that message to the firm to send onto me

I shipped a parcel from IE to DE in June, which was delivered to a completely wrong address with a big hole in it. The person who wrongly received it delivered it himself to me. Several items were missingz Since opening the claim in late June, there has been no progress. Emails are ignored, nobody is resposible. The parcel was insure for 250Euro which I paid for on top of shipping but no action has been taken for months.

Terrible service. Paid for next-day collection and it has been at the collection point for 1-week. Followed up twice and was assured the package would be collected immediately but still has not been dealt with. I rang the Parcel Direct office to ask what the delay was and they had to get UPS to call me to arrange a pick-up and issue a new order number. UPS says they have gone to the pick-up location several times and they couldn't find the package. I ended up driving to the pick-up location myself and taking the package back. Customer service not answering phones now and won't issue a refund. I wouldn't ask this crowd to pass me the salt across a table let alone get a package to a foreign country. Will go to An Post going forward.

very expensive, more or less same price for 3.2 kg package and 1.2 kg package, in general almost 40 euro for a 1.2 kg small package to be sent economy and insured value 250 euro to France is very expensive in my opinion

Horrible service, I will never use Fedex again, the worse company and experience. They deal with important documents and my parcel is delayed in one week. Do not use Fedex, you will be completely stuck.

They directed me to a non-existant drop-off point which could not receive my parcel and I lost an entire day due to this ineptitude. Cancelled the order but still 2 days later (I paid for overnight delivery service) I get a call from UPS asking where my parcel is. Still waiting for the refund. Furthermore I discovered a fake 5-star review supposedly posted by me from last year, which I never wrote, because I never heard of these clowns before last week. So I imagine most of the positive reviews on here are 100% fake.
