I chose the option to leave my package at a drop off where they were to collect it and I was called a couple days later to say they don’t work with your company. The address you gave me so I want a refund or you collect the parcel from my address

Terrible experience – service not delivered and no refund I had a terrible experience with Parcel.ie. I paid in advance for a delivery from Dublin to Brazil. The delivery was crucial for me – I had just undergone a C-section and was traveling alone with a newborn baby. I couldn't carry the luggage myself, so I trusted this company to help. Not only was the service never fulfilled, but I was also left without my clothes and my baby's belongings, and I have been waiting for weeks for a refund that was promised but never delivered. I paid extra for delivery notifications and handling, but they never even rang the doorbell or contacted the recipient. I’ve sent multiple emails, and the only answers I received were vague and dismissive. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. This company is unreliable, irresponsible, and should not be trusted. I will be reporting them to: * CCPC – Ireland’s Consumer Protection agency * ECC Ireland – EU consumer dispute resolution * Small Claims Court – For legal action * Public platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, Boards.ie, and Google Reviews If you care about your items or peace of mind, DO NOT USE Parcel.ie.

Large parcel down for collection today told be collected between 9am and 5.30 pm waited in all day never collected. There's your review you asked for thanks for nothing

I watched the driver throw my package out his window and I have it recorded on camera. What a terrible service. Complete and utter laziness. Package was soaking wet!

My parcel was collected on the 8th of May and scheduled for delivery on the 9th. As of today, it still has not been delivered, and I have received no updates or explanation from the company. I’ve made numerous phone calls, only to be told repeatedly that the parcel is lost and a case would be opened to investigate — yet no one has followed up. This level of service is completely unacceptable. My client has been left without a vital machine, causing her to lose business, which reflects poorly on both of us. Communication has been virtually non-existent, and I’ve had to chase for information at every step. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has caused significant disruption. I expect better from a professional delivery service.

Disappointed with “Overnight” Service – Not Delivered as Promised I’m very disappointed with my recent experience using ParcelDirect.ie. I paid €19.19 for overnight courier service, expecting quick delivery as promised. My parcel was picked up on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 11:54 A.M., but today is Wednesday, and we’ve only now been told to expect delivery sometime between 3 and 6 PM. This delay defeats the entire purpose of paying for an overnight service. The standard delivery cost was only around €8.99, so I paid a significant premium expecting reliable next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the service did not deliver as advertised. This experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to use ParcelDirect again. Charging customers for a premium service without fulfilling the basic promise is unacceptable. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and reviews how it handles express service commitments.

Great that you gave me a choice of couriers, but let down by the fact that the courrier failed to show. I booked an express service that cost me over €60 using UPS and courier did not show. Will be looking for refund.

We are very disappointed with this service. It said next day delivery on your website. We are now nearly waiting three weeks for my daughter’s suitcase with all her clothes in it and to make matters worse you seem to have lost it in your Finglas depot. Ref no PD6274293

Update your website please. I missed an important deadline on delivery. Ups drop off locations are not up to date. The store I was instructed to go to hasn't taken ups for over a year

They went and lost my parcel, and not a word out of them about where it might be. They’re happy enough to sell GLS on their website, but the minute something goes wrong, they wash their hands of it altogether.

Don’t use this site- cancelled an order and a month later they still haven’t refunded it. Use postal pick up instead as they are a ligit company.

No service at all! Booked a parcel collection from Ireland to UK. Parcel never collected. Customer services said it would issue a refund within 5-10 days. One month later despite repeated emails (never replied to) nothing has been received. Please don’t waste your money.

My parcel got lost on summertime, had to buy again all my clothes, spent a fortune in phone call from abroad to spoke with the company. Costumer service very nice but little helpful. Slow or no reply to emails. Still waiting for a refund.

The worst courier I ever come across. Worst customer service, where my package? Its been 4 weeks, its supposed to be an overnight service. Lied to me multiple times... You'd be better off throwing your package in the river than giving it to these guys to deliver.

Booked a courier collection through parcel direct for last Thursday. Paid 55 euro. Parcel still hasn't been collected and it's Monday. Called parcel direct on Thursday as the parcel still had not been collected at 4.30 and was told it would be collected that evening even though when confirming the booking it said between 9 and 5.30. It wasn't collected. I phoned again on Friday and was told it was rebooked for that day and that they would chase it up and email me an update. It wasn't collected and I've still not received an email from them. I emailed on Saturday and still haven't received a response at 4pm on Monday and the parcel still hasn't been collected. No information has been provided on the reason for the delay and why it hasn't been collected. No information has been provided since on a new date. Would never use this company again.
