People, please don't touch them. I entrusted a package containing the Title Deeds for a property addressed to our solicitor in the UK and chose an expensive 1-2 days service via UPS. The package is now lost and Parcel Direct have absolutely no interest in finding it. They say it could take up to 24 hours to get a response from UPS..??? You can do this yourself. Shambolic. Irreplaceable documents & a serious situation & they couldn't care less.

I used ParcelDirect.ie to return a large package. The package was never delivered and went missing. I am chasing a year and still no resolution in my claim.

Dropped parcel to Kilkenny depot 21st nov before 1pm, it is now Friday 25th nov, it still not delivered

DO NOT USE PARCEL DIRECT!!!! I am still waiting for my suitcase after paying €100 for delivery in 3 days and it’s been 3 weeks. So unhelpful they don’t care. Thousands of euro worth of stuff because I moved country and they don’t care one bit that I don’t have it

My order has been cancelled and I am awaiting refund of my payment. I only found out after my payment was taken that I had to print my label out. Being in my late 70's and not very good with computers, and do not own a printer, I had no choice but to cancel.

I left my drop off with documents in collection point (Dublin 11) 26th of August . FedEx didn't get it. I still don't know where's my envelope with very important documents.

Don't book a Next Day Delivery with this company if you need a Next Day Delivery! Apparently, it means, "We'll get it there as soon as we can", which isn't much help if you have a deadline to meet. Upon booking no notification was given that it possibly wouldn't meet the Next Day Delivery commitment, otherwise, I could have made alternative arrangements. The company refuses to refund my booking as apparently Next Day delivery is not guaranteed, so I don't understand why they advertise it! To balance this review my parcel was delivered, albeit too late for the deadline I had to meet, however, I would have thought that was the fundamental criterion for a delivery company

Will not recommend this service to anyone, 15 days for a UK delivery. They fail to provide import documentation in time. Express service requested. They don't understand the meaning of it.

I waited at home all day 9am to 5.30 was est pick up time. No courier arrived. I paid €130 in advance and am a bid worried I'VE BEEN SCAMMED!

Worst courier ever!!! Sent 10 parcels up to 20 kg from Ireland to the Netherlands and all parcels arrived like dropped from a plane. The agent started throwing the parcels even from the collection moment, parcels were thrown in the van not put in the van. Cheap services! Definitely Not recommended!!!

Did not collect my parcel on the day it was supposed to be collected. I had to call dhl myself and come back to drop off location again to collect my parcel and ensure that it’s given and picked up by dhl courier. The centra staff even said they don’t do collection to dhl. Very bad and confusing service! Bad!!!

Disgraceful service. No communication, parcel sent back without my knowledge. I needed very specific medicated sunscreen €270 sent to Portugal ahead of our family holiday (child has a skin disease). As no communication in the App, I emailed after 10 days to verify package was delivered. Was informed by email that it had been delivered. Arrived in Portugal today & no package. Now being told it was ‘returned to sender’ 11 days ago. I only left Ireland last night & not only was it not returned to me, there was absolutely zero communication to say it couldn’t be sent 11 days ago. Do not go near this company!

I correctly entered dimensions & weight of a recent parcel onto the Parceldirect Website & received a quote which I accepted and paid. Totally horrified a few days later to receive notification that their quote was incorrect & they had taken another €272 from my card. I will never use this service again & will advise all other to avoid also.

Just received parcel via parcel direct an hour ago, from London to Wexford town. I've no hesitation recommending this service. Michael in support desk are extremely helpful, and absolutely 100% up-front about when we'd receive delivery and so on. We used courier services before for items from London to Ireland, but this was easily the best. That's our experience anyway, for what it's worth. Hi, I have been in contact with you via email for the past two weeks trying to retrieve my missing x36 fragile tapes from you! . You have said continuously that “you are awaiting a response from the warehouse” . I don’t even know what that means! , where is the missing 36 fragile tapes that I paid for? . You have 24hrs to ship them as stated via email, I am also looking at legal entitlements regarding this. Regards Conor

So Parcel Direct deleted my wife's review as it was negative - they took money from my wife's account without informing us saying we measured the package incorrectly which we didn't - we actually over measured our package to ensure plenty of room etc so it cost us almost €88.00 to send a small package to the UK then €174.00 customs fees in the UK which on your website when we put in all relevant information you gave no indication of and then refused to take responsibility. Despite the fact you had the correct email on file but you didn't update your records accordingly when you had the wrong email listed originally - their customer service was appalling stating they wouldn't talk to my wife even though the payment came from her account - would never use them again - my daughter had her phone stolen in the UK and we were sending a replacement and we would have been better flying over with it ourselves, it would have cost less - never ever use - they still refuse to return the extra payment they took from our account without our consent, without informing us- they blame us despite the fact they didn't update their records correctly with the right email address at the time of the original order and we have proof of this - Ref PD1040096 - we communicated with them in various ways email and telephone - absolute disgrace
