Reservation sent me to a drop-off point that had never heard of Parcel Direct. Drop-off point unable to scan package and refused to take it. Lost an entire, extremely vital day because Parcel Direct indicated an incorrect drop-off point.

This is the WORST company in the world!! DO NOT USE!! They are scammers!!! They lost my luggage and one year later have not given it back to me, have not given me back the money it cost to post it or given me any money for the contents of the bag they lost. They just ignore my phone calls and send me empty promises in emails. They have caused me nothing but emotional distress and anxiety.

Booked a delivery, after waiting two days for the parcel to be collected, I am requesting a refund and cancellation of my order. Terrible service!

UPS DRIVER CAME TO COLLECT, HOWEVER, HE CLAIMED I NEEDED TO HAVE A LABEL ON MY PACKAGE? I MEAN IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR COLLECTION, THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU A LABEL AND NOT MAKE PROBLEMS OUT OF NOWHERE. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF DROPPING OFF THE PACKAGE YOURSELF

Hi Francesco, Sorry if you were confused with the service. You chose a service where you are required to print off the shipping label when you complete the booking. This label is presented to you in an A4 PDF Document so it can be printed on any printer. This label is required so the parcel can be scanned, tracked and delivered safely all the way to Canada. I ordered a package to be delivered with UPS through Parcel direct, I received no details to confirm my booking of package and the delivery courier arrived to the door and had to leave without the package being sent. Very frustrating as I needed the package to be sent that day. I also cannot get through to UPS to speak with someone. Very disappointed as I was recommended this service

Shocking company to deal with. Paid for express postage for next day delivery, took a week for them to come and collect it. Rang several times to get the most unhelpful robotic individual on the other end. I literally spent 6 days in the house waiting for a delivery driver to collect the parcel as they kept saying he will be their tomorrow ect. Never again would I use this company, the stress and headache just was not worth it!

Awful company to deal with there lost a machine below to way back in Jan I put a claim in more them 12 weeks ago and still no update I'm ringing every day getting no where my emails are going unanswered avoid this company at all cost

Unfortunately with new customs being introduced in the UK at the same time, there has been some unfortunate losses. I do NOT recommend to anyone. Poor service, poor customer care. Booked an international fast delivery (1-2 days) on the 12th of March, letter collected on 18th, after many emails and phone calls. Also paid quite some money for delivering a birth certificate. Very disappointed!

AVOID. Really poor service-over six weeks to get an item to the UK. Won't let me use my insurance to cover the cost of the item. Can give no indication of how they will resolve this. Would give zero stars if possible

Collection was not completed for five working days, in spite of daily assurances that it would be done each day. Communication was good, but sadly the service was very poor. I can’t recommend this service.

I made a mistake on the waybill, I wrote 130 KG and I paid €352 for it but it was 130 lbs which is less than 60 KG. So, 130 KG parcel costs €352 and 60 KG parcel should cost less than half of €352. I think UPS did check its weight and refunded it to Parcel Direct but parcel direct didn't refund my money. I mailed their support service many times, in the beginning they answered some of the mails but when they notice they could pocket my money, they stopped answering. Do not use parcel direct ever. I am trying to get a sollicitors help now.
