I selected for drop off in Spar Rathbourne and was turned away because they said they did not offer that service. I contacted customer care and rescheduled to be collected instead as it would be quicker. By the time this was scheduled it was beyond the cut off time for collection for the following day. Quite frustrating Update_________________________________________________________ Following the issue above, the customer support team went over and above to ensure the package was promptly collected from a location of my choosing and followed up to ensure the service was satisfactory. Very impressed with the extremely professional and personal response. Would definitely use this service again
