“Great service - I've used twice and it's been cheap, reliable and fast delivery. I've only given it 4 stars however, because pick up is any time within an 8hr bracket (9am-5pm). So unless you are at home for the day with literally nothing to do, waiting for pick up consumes the entire day. It would be so much better if a shorter window for pickup could be provided on the day - a 2hr time frame perhaps. Then I would consider this a 5 star service :-)”

“Delivery times were quick once picked up, I felt that the collection times could be improved as i requested service early in morning and box was not collected until the following afternoon, but as i said it was delivered to customer within 24hrs, Price was also spot on”

Collection and delivery times are difficult to predict because it all depends on the courier's route on the day, how many parcels he has to collect and even traffic has an effect. Alternatively you can drop your parcel into one of our local stores for collection. All the best, PD

“Parcel direct staff have always been attentive and helpful, sadly I had to get in touch a number of times as the address I entered for collection never transmitted correctly to the courier. But overall great service great prices!”

“The overall service was very good and I will be happy to recommend it. As an only minus I would put the fact that the final check on the measurements of the packages are done really late Vs actual posting date (at least that had happened in my case).”
