“Collection of packages has been on time and efficient. Rates for delivery are also reasonable and it's good to have a variety f providers to choose from.”

“The overall service was very good and I will be happy to recommend it. As an only minus I would put the fact that the final check on the measurements of the packages are done really late Vs actual posting date (at least that had happened in my case).”

“Good service and prices. Delivery through 3rd party courier companies but all of them are worldwide best service shipping companies. Cheaper than buying directly from them.”

“Overall this is a good service although it would be useful if a time window, say even am or pm, could be selected for parcel collection. The second time we used the service the courier rang at 5pm on the day it was due to be collected to say he would collect it the following day. While it was not a problem on this occasion as there was no hurry on the parcel it would have been exceedingly frustrating if the collection point was not due to be staffed the following day, or if we had been in a hurry to get it delivered.”

“Great Service and communication. Even though the courier didn't turn up on time, the guys were on hand to help out and make sure everything went smoothly and made sure the courier called me to arrange a suitable time”

“My packages arrived in good condition, however a few items that I packed very carefully were broken. They also arrived a day early, which made my week! Plan on using Parcel Direct again soon.”
