My parcel was not and still has not been collected 30/12/2020,I waited in all day no phone call or any contact as to why the package was not collected as arranged. Have sent email and phoned no reply,not what I expected Patrick

Trying to find out who to contact as a courier as pick up was supposed to happen yesterday and nothing so far. It's a portal that gets you different offers and quotes but absolutely no support whatsoever afterwards.

I ordered a parcel collection and delivery. After waiting two days after the scheduled collection without any contact from Parcel Direct, i cancelled the collection due to time restraints and no correspondence from Parcel Direct. That was accepted by PD and my request fro a refund due to non performance of service and 7 weeks later i still cannot my refund. They keep saying they will ask accounts to assess but to no avail. I won't be use them again.

Will never use again. Wasted 3 days sitting in my house waiting for the courier, each day the customer service team said it was definitely going to be collected - it was never collected I missed a really important deadline which will negatively affect for a long time

This is the worst service I have ever encountered I paid for a parcel on 07/12 it was suppose to be collected on the 8th it has never been collected and every time I ring I get told they will check it out and call me back they never call back and they still have my money. Dreadful service.

I paid to have my parcel collected yesterday, I stayed in all day without so many as a phone call or text. I emailed the office after 5pm and was advised by Ruth that she would contact the driver and get me an ETA. It’s now after 9.30 on Thursday morning and I haven’t heard a word. Customer service is obviously not a strong point! I understand it’s Christmas time and everyone is very busy but basic manners would be nice. Anne Lyons

My 1st time using thus service ' my last. Received a box and contents in bits. Was it the couriers fault or the person who packed them I don't know but I will not be using either again. €90 wasted. Have photos to back up what I'm writing.

Deplorable service - booked and paid for parcel to be collected on Monday 30 November to be delivered to The Netherlands for Friday 4 December. Still waiting on Wednesday 2 December for parcel to be collected. Contacted them on several occasions and still no action not returning my calls or dealing with the fact they have charged me but still no service. Still waiting for someone to contact me to tell me what has gone wrong and when I can expect the parcel to be collected .

Very sad. The orders was placed instantly, but for some reason the courier did not arrived for pick up parcel.

It's a joke of a service, my parcel supposed to be collected four days ago and am still waiting, two phone calls to your customer service and every time off course we will get to it don't worry then nothing.

Arranged pick up Monday evening for the following day which they confirmed. Thursday now and still waiting after 2 emails assuring pick up was shortly. Whats the point of a courier if it takes days to even collect. Now I fear what will happen to my parcel to be honest.

First time to use and found staff pleasant when I have had to ring on number of 0ccasions to know why parcel not collected after 3 days waiting had to cancel and fine another courier service

Booked and paid for this service a month ago and as per the order the parcel was to be collected 28-10-2020 between 9am and 5.30pm By end of day the parcel not collected. Emailed company, no reply.... When they did contact me I advise them I was cancelling my order and requested a refund to which they responded with sincere apologies and confirmed refund would be made within 5-10 working days. Despite several emails to customer service, with commitments to get the issue resolved, I have still not received my refund of €52 - SHOCKING! Not only did they not deliver their own service, they are now withholding my money! Goes without saying will not use again

Courier failed to turn up to collect on 19th November and it’s now linch time on 20th with no concrete update on whether they’ll arrive. Damaging to my small business. Would not recommend this service.
