“EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT HAD A PROBLEM WHILE PRINTING THE LABEL HOUSE NUMBER UNFORTUNATELY NEVER SHOWED ON TWO OCCASIONS. HOPE I GET THE LABELS RIGHT”

“i like parce direct but i do thik when you drop the package in the shop you should get a recept to state the shop has recived as i have had packages sitting in the shop for a week and didnt know untill i went in with my next package and seen thst it was still waiting for the driver.”

“The customer service is very good with Parcel Direct. The team are easy to get hold of if ever there is a problem, unlike other courier businesses I've used. They genuinely seem to care about the reputation of their business and offer a prompt solution. I use them for this very reason as it saves me time and afterall it's all about the service.”

“Very happy with the service. Parcel got to it's destination within a week in perfect condition. Some confusion on website when trying to select a pickup point for the parcel as I wouldn't be home on the day of collection, but this was sorted quickly over the phone. Will use this service in the future.”

“The phone support was terrific and indicated that the parcel could be collected which saved me having to try to drop it off at a specific location. This made this service one I will certainly use again.”

“I found the platform very easy to use and given that this was a one off parcel I would have to say it represents good value. That said we are working on an eCommerce website and would be looking for a shipment partner, this is an area for you that may need more work to make it more attractive.”
