3rd of May I sent the package, it never reached the destination, I paid the enhanced cover and I still have not received any money for the lost package, I was informed that I have to wait 3 more months, in total it will be over 5 months, I advise you to stay away from this company

I am very disappointed with service and communication. I've sent parcel, small end table, and it got damaged. I've sent emails, got only one reply. I had to give back money to person I sent package.I had insured that parcel. One email I got was about that what I should have(pictures, etc.). I've sent all that. Now, about 5 months later and nobody contacted me. Very disappointed. It wasn't big money (around100e), but still ,if you insured something you should be treated right. I don't recommend that company.

I had a bad experience from the start, from picking up the parcel which never happened to 10 days refund never got in my account after paying nearly 100 euro to be collected. I was told I will get a call back same day never did. Send emails but no reply when they have to refund you. Never again.

I have been trying to send the parcel, it was not possible to leave it at the agreed drop off point because some issue with the code and since then I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact the company. I really have my doubts....

I have a parcel waiting for collection. The driver hasn't shown up for 2 days. I'm disappointed with the service.

well first of all i found it impossible to contact them i was calling for 2 days and still no answer, then i did get through and the guy on the phone said the manager was in the warehouse i asked would ask him to call me back and he said, yeahhhhh right and hung up, he did not call me back, never again

Aviod this company at any costs. My goods got damaged on the way by courier. They confirmed I'm eligible for a compensation but then stopped replying to my emails after I provided my bank details to get the payment. I paid for the enhanced insurance to cover my goods but they did not report the value to UPS (this is confirmed by UPS) so my parcel was not conevered for full value. THEY ARE A SCAM. I'm going legal.

Paid for next day delivery. Parcel was prompting collected on 14th Apr. Parcel still hasn't been delivered by UPS by Sunday and UPS is saying by close of business on Monday. The documents were just travelling in Dublin from city centre to suburbs. Not great as now the recipient hasn't got the documents on time and they are now late.

Very poor service. Parcel was never collected. No way of contacting company. I rang several times and nobody picked up. Emailed twice and nothing. AVOID AVOID!! Paid for a service and NOTHING received.

Shop would not accept parcel, clearly an issue with updating website. Dropped off parcel myself which defeats the purpose,Just use parcel companies directly not third party companies.

This is a bogus company. I paid for a parcel to be collected in my house 2 days ago & it still has not been collected up to today. I got no order confirmation, except for invitation to write a review. It was my first trying their services.

Second day im waiting for the courier to collect my parcel. Date of collection was yesterday. No call, no email about any progress. I cant wait to see a courier! If so, i will give more stars.

If the service works fine it's just because the couriers are doing their jobs, but if there's an issue with a delivery where Parceldirect support should help, they vanish. Absolutely no support at all, awful experience. Never again.

Hi! Sharing my pain. In early February, I sent a parcel from Ireland to Canada with my personal belongings: clothes, a couple of toys, textbooks. The weight of the box was about 30 kg. I ordered a courier Fx economy. The package was supposed to arrive on 13.02 in Alberta. Until 5.02, it was tracked to Memphis. As a result, it was lost. This is despite the fact that information about the recipient was duplicated on the box by Black marker, and the box was patterned and average in gobarites. I'm crying. Considering that this is virtually all I have after the war in Ukraine, and most of these things are memorable for me. From the good I can only note that the support service works smoothly and quickly. But the courier is not trained to transport the box from city A to city B. The time for consideration of the complaint is 3 months. Thanks for the service.

I have left a review already and will keep doing so until someone from this disastrous company has the decency to get back to me about my damaged parcel. No one to answer emails shocking service do not use this company !!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Despite paying for express delivery, which cost approximately €100.00 for one document, I am still waiting for my parcel to be collected from the collection location. The parcel was supposed to be collected on the 10th of February and it is now the 14th of February. I have now organised for an alternative company to collect my parcel as I cannot risk it being delivered by this company. Very poor service.

Would not recommend this company they could not deliver my parcel and then told me it would cost more to deliver back to me and if I didn't pay they would dispose of my parcel. Would not recommend
