Paid 88.45 for International Express service to receive my package within 24-48 hours. 48 hours have passed and looking at tracking the package still hasn't left the senders country

parcel was due for collection Monday 4th april, still not even been collected so we have lost the sale and we have to now do a refund

Absolutely appalling service. Sent a small return to Amazon 6 weeks ago and it's still in Shannon. Parcels Direct have not answered my numerous phone calls and emails. Would not recommend them. EVER

Sent my expensive racing bike in August 2021 (nsured it of course) and till this day received no compensation for the damage of the carbon frame - which is very expensive to fix. When contacted, told me it is too late to open the claim. Complete lack of communication with the customer. Avoid if you're sending something valuable. What's the point of insurance if I cannot claim it. Also, box had 100s of FRAGILE written on it. If it is fragile, it means it should be handled carefully. It was not.

This crowds is thief keep sending the pass customer accused them wrong declare demention when booking the shipment .send ubexrra charge bill afterv2 or three weeks time included me 2time accused me declare wrong demention send the proof to them they never response back they just took out u money from u card without u approval be aware to used parcel direct

Send me email notify me that i put wrong demension n send me huge bill from 98 euro to 450 euro lucky our house has cctv camera.which will allowvus to have proof to dispute this bill.not recommends it .since this extortion i stop completely used this parcel direct. Paul

Paid for express delivery for an urgent package. Collection was supposed to be from Ballyrafter service station, which popped up as my local drop off point when I booked. When I went to drop it off I was told they no longer deal with parcel direct. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone at parcel direct. Appalling.

My urgent document was supposed to be collected the 24 January. I was assured 2 to 3 days delivery. 6 days later it still wasn't collected for the collection point. I'm still waiting for my refund almost weeks later....I would never recommend anything use thus service...M Murphy

Parcel direct were supposed to collect my parcel 8th of Feb containing my mobile phone left in a hotel in Dublin 1 and drop it to ups depot for delivery to Galway, the parcel with phone was just picked up this evening, I couldn't phone parcel direct as they do not answer either their 0818# or the 021#, I was informed by the hotel that my phone had been collected. Hopefully will have it by close of business tomorrow 9th, terrible and stressful experience, would NOT recommend

I paid parcel direct €56 order pd6901057 and now FedEx have sent me a bill for €156.00. Unable to contact parcel direct. Please clarify.

Hi Catherine, Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your shipment. Your shipment contained a very high-value item going to the UK. Since the UK have left the EU, all shipments from the EU are subject to import duties and VAT. This was an Import Duty and VAT bill from the UK Government HMRC and not from us. Terrible experience dealing with parcel direct I paid for them to collect and drop off a parcel for me on the 7th and its now the 18th I have contacted them a number of times with reply's of sending a driver asap to collect then they wouldn't show up.This has happened more then 3 occasions last week I have since asked for a refund and I will go else where for a courier, extremely disappointed with them.I hope they can sort out whatever issue it is there having to be letting down there customers so badly.

It took a long time to have the shop accept my package as the contact was not familiar with the scanning process. I dropped off on the 6th and my package has still not been delivered on the 10th to a point 13KM - I will not be using this expensive unreliable service again.

Very poor service. No communication with customer or courier as it seems. My parcel was not collected for days and when speaking to the courier directly they had never received the ticket from Parcel Direct instructing them to collect my parcel. Shocking customer service when they do eventually answer the phone. AVOID

Parcel Direct have a shocking service, they have billed me 88 euro for a parcel they did not deliver,fed ex customer service is even worse.I was also billed 30 euro for original deliver..so I have now paid 118 euro for a parcel I delivered myself..I paid for a parcel to go to Germany in 2 days it was returned to me 5 weeks later ..shocking.

Nobody informed us that we need to print out email so that Fed Ex can collect the parcel/document. Now they want a second collection arrangement.

Hi Trnc, Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your shipment. With this service, you are informed that a 'Printer Required' at the beginning of the booking process. This is required for the barcoded shipping label so the parcel can be tracked from door to door. I am sorry if you did not see that. My colleague has rebooked the collection now. All the best, PD

What a useless courier firm! I left my package at the nominated drop-off point on 20th December, since which time the Tracking has read only "Shipment information sent to FedEx 20-12-2021 10:06" and the parcel has not moved anywhere. So this afternoon, 31st December, I went back there (in despair and disgust) and retrieved it. Now I'll have to go through the whole performance all over again, with a firm that can be relied on!

Not impressed. It’s taken far too long. Parcel picked up promptly yesterday morning and won’t be delivered to Celbridge until sometime tomorrow. That’s at least 48 hours and it cost

The order was placed on 15Dec with the collection next day. It was picked up on time on 16Dec, however, it was never delivered. It was containing a Christmas gift order and it was due to be delivered in 4-6 days by GLS. As of now - (28Dec), order tracking shows the parcel is on the way to its final parcel center (for last 7 days). I am very disappointed! Email was sent and I am looking for a refund now.

The packet was collected in time, however, it was never delivered. Packet collected on the 15th of December, containing a Christmas gift order, due to be delivered in 4-6 days to the US by FedEx. On the 28 of December, order tracking shows the package is still in Dublin. Nobody answers the phone or emails. I am very disappointed.

Unfortunately, there were huge delays, and the US Customs could not clear all the parcels before they were allowed entry to the USA. We are hoping all the backlogs will be cleared and delivered asap.
