“Great service and very efficient and got parcel to NZ few months ago when An Post was on lock down and very reasonable and on time as described . I would recommend highly”

“Excellent, registered in 5 min, 4 quotes to send a package to the Philippines, price ok, very clear packing and labelling instructions, able to send a laptop with battery ! will definitely use again, package collected next morning !”

“Used this to send a parcel to my niece in Hong Kong, was very happy with service. It is a straightforward booking system with good drop off locations for me and the Parcel was delivered within the specified timeframe to Hong Kong too, so it get the 'thumbs up' from me - I will definately use them again and I will try to it for sending parcels for work too. My only criticism is I couldn't track my parcel on the app, maybe it was because I didn't book it via the app, but it was ok I just logged onto the website to track it I'll use the app next time!”

“Message from Parcel Direct: Your order is due for collection on: 09-10-2020 Collections take place between 9am and 5.30pm But my parcel was never collected? And no email from Parcel Direct as to why.”

“Order number 22895061484 my parcel was delivered timely but broken. I had marked it fragile all over in several spots of the packaging.I rang the company before collection to say it was fragile and would it be treated as such I was told it would. I am gutted I was unable to upload picture I would like refund of postage”
