“Parcel Direct were a great find for us to get a large parcel from Ireland to the US. Efficiency is the word for them. They know their business and we were the beneficiaries of that. They could be contacted by phone and this was a major plus. I will definitely spread the words Parcel Direct.ie is the only way to go. Thank you.”

“so sorry guys: but you just failed me: my team lost a full working day as you didn't collect the item! No communication from you. When I rang your team was very friendly but could not give a collection time, and in the end someone wasted 9 hours waiting for your driver, my team at the reception address could not continue work as the parcel never was collected and sent. So very poor show: won't use again or recommend. There is a difference between cost effective and cheap.”

“sent a small package on the 14th by "courier" as I needed it to be delivered the next day, parcel was eventually delivered on the 20th, absolute joke next time ill go the reliable route AN POST.”

“User friendly site for a senior citizen. I completed my business with no complications or hassle. My parcel was collected on time as arranged by the company selected by me. “Would highly recommend ParcelDirect, from door to door, the package was delivered in one week, to the USA, without any problems, or delays.
