“Extremely dad service. Parcel not collected and no phone call email or any communication made to inform me. Truly bad service from and pretty poor company who need to get their act together and provide a service as they that they advertise. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone or will never use again. Don't even deserve a rating.”

“This only my 2nd time using Parcel Direct, but I used it 2-3 months ago to send a 27kg parcel to my daughter and her family in Newfoundland, as due to COVID-19 we couldn’t visit. I was delighted with the cost and the service, collecting it, and the safe delivery of such a large parcel. I’m due to send another large parcel to Newfoundland, and will definitely use Parcel Direct again. Definitely would rate the service 5/5. Thank you Parcel Direct”

“So far my experience with Parcel Direct has been dreadful. The parcel deposit point wouldn’t take the parcel as it is no longer part of the scheme. They directed me to a Spar shop which does apparently take parcels but wouldn’t take mine. It didn’t have a barcode ! The instructions I got from PDirect were that “ Driver brings barcoded label” There was no barcode on advice sheet, just a “drop off code” I have emailed PD for advice but have not heard from them. They don’t take phone calls at a weekend. The parcel is paid for and is to be collected on Monday - but the collection points won’t take it. This is a business that purports to work seamlessly but can’t even updates its web information, nor have someone available to contact on a Saturday. No recommendations here.”

“Excellent, cheap and stress-free service. Unlike most courier company’s, with ParcelDirect.ie, you don’t need to print a delivery address label, you can write it and the driver will accept because he brings a delivery address label when coming to collect the parcel. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼”
